EMPOWERING WISCONSIN MUSLIMS IN 2024 AND BEYOND
About the Wisconsin Muslim Civic Foundation
At the Wisconsin Muslim Civic Foundation (WMCF), we conduct research on issues vital to the Wisconsin Muslim community and broader society. Through surveys, interviews, and data analysis, we provide insights into socioeconomic disparities, political participation, healthcare access, education equity, and religious freedom. Our findings inform advocacy efforts and empower positive change. Through our research efforts, we aim to provide valuable insights into the challenges, opportunities, and experiences of Wisconsin Muslims. By understanding the unique needs and perspectives of our community, we can better advocate for policies and initiatives that promote equity, justice, and inclusion.
Advocacy & Public Policy
At the Wisconsin Muslim Civic Foundation, we firmly believe in the power of advocacy to effect meaningful change in our communities. Our Advocacy Initiative is dedicated to promoting public support and recommendations for causes, issues, and policies that positively impact the Wisconsin Muslim community and society at large.
At WMCF, we're committed to pioneering research initiatives that shed light on important issues. Our 2023 Wisconsin Muslim Survey, the first of its kind in the state, delved into the perspectives of the Muslim community, exploring their views on various issues and civic engagement. This groundbreaking research provided valuable insights into a previously understudied demographic.
